The Birches is located somewhere in Northern Ontario, land of the birch trees.
Marlene Moore is a Canadian composer, pianist, author and landscape artist. She was raised in Northern Ontario but spent many years living on the west Coast of Canada in Victoria, British Columbia. In 2018, Marlene married Michael Wulf, an American man from Los Angeles. Since this time she has been living in the San Fernando Valley with her husband. Marlene has been painting for approximately 30 years, using oils, acrylic, ink, and water colors. She is completely self taught. Marlene juggles her time between practicing the piano, composing new music, marketing her music, writing new books and painting landscapes. Painting is one of her favorite things to do.
